Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India. International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned!
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹399. Orders below ₹399 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹69.
- Express Shipping: ₹150 for all orders (delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on the location).
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status in real-time.
Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hi@greenogain.com with your order details.
- In the event of a delay due to the courier service, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.
- Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time or incur additional fees. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the product and packaging. We will assist you in getting a replacement.
- For lost packages, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the courier to locate your order or provide a resolution.
Changes to Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hi@greenogain.com Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
