What is Green O Gain Cancellation Policy?
At Green O Gain, we strive to provide high-quality, natural mushroom-based products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate the return process, please email us at hi@greenogain.com with the following details:

Reason for replacement/refund

Clear images of the product (if applicable)
If the product is found ineligible for a refund, we will return it to you. Green O Gain reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for a return or replacement, and customers are expected to accept the final decision.

Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement will be accepted under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit

A manufacturing defect is present

The wrong product was delivered
In such cases, we will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Requests for return/replacement must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Please ensure you obtain confirmation from us before sending back any product, as we are not responsible for items sent without prior approval.

Refund of Payment

For online payments, refunds will be processed within 10 days to the original payment method.

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit, a refund will be issued via cheque in the registered name of the customer.

If a replacement product is unavailable, we will offer alternatives, but the final choice will rest with the customer.

If the product has not been shipped, a 100% refund will be processed.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by the Customer
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, email us at hi@greenogain.com with your order details. Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation by Green O Gain
Green O Gain reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as incorrect pricing or inventory issues). If an order is cancelled by us, a 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days.
